Bio

My journey into yoga began with Sun Salutations in 2001 and I began teaching in 2005 across NYC. A student of HRH the 14th Dali Lama, Shiva Rea, Anna Forrest, Dharma Mitra, Schuyler Grant, Jivamukti Yoga, and Shri-Hamilton-Hubbard, I love to blend what I have learned and teach intuitively in an easygoing manner with room for laughter. Major influences include Jonathan Fields & The Good Life Project, comparative religious studies, performance conservatory training, my military family, Texas farm life, and studio development & ownership. I am the creator of Home Practice Prescriptions: E-RYT 500+ #vinyasablend #86bs.

What do you love about teaching online?

Online classes offer the opportunity as a teacher to reflect on what is essential, and to share with students both in real time community + further examination in private study through the gift of recordings. By developing our own relationships with the practices and integrating their lessons throughout the koshas we will be equipped to share our insights with each other. Thus, committing to an equitable exchange where we are all students and we are all teachers.

That our relationship with our self, our home, our environment, our emotions, and our actions align for the health & wellbeing of all. Radical Temple Tending.
